Answers before your first inquiry

On the tender documentation you send us as a link to the tender, a contracting authority profile or a PDF. The documentation is published under the Czech Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ). We work only with what is public or what you hand to us yourself. Overviews of contracts and prices come from the Register of Contracts, contracting authority profiles and the Public Procurement Bulletin.

You hand the analysis to your attorney as input. The attorney drafts any objections and filings to the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS). Your administrator works from the analysis when preparing a request for clarification. Every risk has a ZZVZ citation and a deadline, and a person checks the result.

For suppliers across sectors that bid as part of their business and are established in the Czech Republic. The ZZVZ rules (discriminatory conditions, qualification, award criteria, deadlines) apply in every public procurement sector. Whether we can handle your tender properly, and in what scope, we confirm in the offer.

Your prices, margins and bids are confidential. We can sign an NDA on request. Only authorised recipients may access the data, subject to data protection requirements. Who handles your data and how we protect them.

Put a link to the tender or the contracting authority profile in the form. Send the documentation as PDF by e-mail once we reply. We answer the inquiry the next business day. We usually deliver the analysis within 2–3 business days of receiving the advance payment and the complete documentation; the exact date is in the offer.

An inquiry through the form is not binding. We e-mail you a specific offer with the scope, a fixed price and the date; the contract is formed only when you expressly accept it. You pay 50 % in advance and 50 % after the analysis is delivered, the balance within 7 calendar days of receiving both the analysis and the invoice. A 30-minute explanation of the output is included; further consultations only with your prior consent at CZK 2,000 per 15 minutes. If you cancel before work starts, we return everything you have paid.

Contract radar: We agree on the selection of contracts and required information in advance. After the order is accepted, you receive an overview of all agreed contracts by the agreed date, with exact amounts, identified contracting parties, dates and links to the source documents. Details hidden in the public sample are disclosed to the full extent available in the sources.
